SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Hong Kong: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
